Here some of the typical food, candies, cookies I had the chance to taste.
From Puerto Rico
Polvorones: Traditional Spanish Christmas Cookies
One of the most traditional flavors of the “Island of Enchantment”! Almond butter cookies are traditional in Puerto Rico. These cookies are sweet and have crumbly texture.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, egg, butter and salt.
Pilon ( type of lollipop): This typical candy of Puerto Rico is loved by all the boricua kids. Elaborated in different flavors, they have a great tradition for Puerto Ricans. Brighten up yourself or your friends with these delicious candies!
Ingredients: sugar, glucose, sesame seeds.
Besitos de Coco (Kisses of Coconut):
Sweetest cookies made of grated coconut, sugar and eggs.
Cremita Turron de Coco (Cocunut Creams):
Tasty! This candy with a great flavor of the coconut milk is totally homemade. It has a consistency that at first instance is hard and similar to the nougat, but then it surprises your palate and your senses to become soft while you eat and taste it.
Ingredients: coconut milk and sugar.
I love all of them!

From Iran
Kermani Gaz= looks like a hard marshmallow, with pistachios inside.
My opinion: is tasty but I could only ate one, is too much for a second one.
